Stephen Warbeck is an English Oscar-winning composer. His breakthrough was marked by his work on a television drama Prime Suspect, but it was the film Shakespeare in Love for which he received an Oscar. Not only was he nominated for four BAFTAs, a Grammy and an European Film Award but he won a BMI Film Music Award for Shakespeare in Love and a Jury Prize for Feature Films at Cannes International Film Festival in 2011 for Polisse.
